About ASBESTOS 2027 – Road to Removal

ASBESTOS 2027, presented by the Faculty of Asbestos Management Australia and New Zealand (FAMANZ), is the region’s leading event for the asbestos management industry, bringing together the people doing the work on the ground, the experts advancing the science, and the decision-makers shaping policy.

This year’s theme, Road to Removal, reflects where our industry is headed, from identification through to safe removal, disposal and beyond. Across three days in Christchurch, delegates will hear from leading voices in regulation, research and practice, and take part in hands-on sessions designed to translate insight into real-world application.

ASBESTOS 2027 isn’t just about keeping pace with change, it’s about driving it. Join removalists, assessors, hygienists, regulators and researchers from across Australia and New Zealand as we work together toward a safer, asbestos-free future.
